Urban Mobility Advocate
I'm Tina, a bike commuter who is passionate about creating safe and brave spaces! Together with our diverse community of mobility advocates, I dream of transforming our cities such that everyone, especially women and children, can feel free to walk, cycle, or play without fear of getting hit by cars.
I am a firm believer in the wise words of anthropologist Margaret Mead, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has."
I see this happen every day through the #MakeItSafer Movement (MISMO), which successfully fought for the maintenance of protected bike lanes along Ayala Avenue, Makati Central Business District last March 2023.
Through the power of strongly connected everyday people, I have faith that we can make our urban spaces more liveable, one street at a time.
